We have found that for the majority of our clients, such real estate and business transactions are integral components of their overall estate plans.
We counsel clients on the selection and establishment of appropriate business entities, including corporations, Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) and Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). We obtain tax identification numbers, design ownership agreements, prepare stock certificates, and file all documents with the State of Illinois. We provide ongoing services for these business entities such as maintaining corporate records, drafting employment contracts and commercial leases, and designing buy-sell agreements between business owners. We also assist our clients with the purchase and sale of existing businesses, business succession planning and family business services.
